By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over. By booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4.1 All services must be paid in advance via the integrated Stripe payment platform, our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

4.2 Online store

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Coaching programmes

All coaching sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing via email or invoice issued to you. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”) for services booked online.

However, this right does not apply where:

A service has been fully performed, or Digital content has begun to be delivered and you have given your explicit consent to begin the service within the 14-day period and acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost.

5.1 Client Cancellations Live sessions

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled LIVE session may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice of a scheduled LIVE session are non-refundable.

A cancellation request must be made by email to [email protected] a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund. If a refund is authorised, a partial refund will be issued minus a small administrative fee deduction from the original amount.

No-Show Policy all LIVE sessions and Discovery Call bookings

Failure to attend a LIVE scheduled session or Discovery call booking, without notice may result in forfeiture of refund.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products can take 3-10 business days for despatch work schedule permitting. Due to the personalised nature of pre- recorded services including astrology reports, recorded readings, refunds are not permitted once work has commenced and work has begun. This includes situations where astrological analysis, chart preparation, or recording has started. If you require a refund, email [email protected] to see if this is possible. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5.3 Coaching session/Coaching offers/ Coaching programmes including BETA Test programmes

Any and all coaching sessions are agreed and scheduled upfront before service delivery begins You may cancel or reschedule your session provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice:
- You may reschedule your session within a 14 day window. Outstanding scheduled sessions are not affected by this.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:
- The session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and you may lose out on a live session. This does not affect your access to the sessions resources and content on 9th Gate.

Sessions must be used within the 4 week service window;

Unused sessions after this period may expire;

Refunds for partially used packages are not provided unless required by law.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to a session:

The session will still end at the scheduled time

No partial refunds will be issued for reduced session time

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable


5.3.1 Practitioner Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances:

You will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund for the value of the cancelled coaching session (not the coaching programme) will be issued. If the coaching session was purchased within a programme, under special offer, discount or as part of a BETA test coaching programme, a pro-rata value of a standard coaching session will be issued to reflect the price of the coaching programme or offer. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to services being provided with reasonable care and skill.

Spiritual guidance is interpretative and subjective.

You will seek qualified professional advice where necessary (e.g., medical, legal, financial).

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
